For members interested in competitive play, the club offers a wide range of opportunities throughout the year. Thanks to the handicap system, players of all skill levels can compete on a level playing field.
A variety of men’s and women’s competitions are held year-round, including both single-day events and multi-week trophy tournaments. Formats such as Stableford, Par, Stroke, and Match Play are featured across the calendar, offering something for every type of golfer.
The club also participates in the Wellington Men’s Interclub Programme, fielding competitive teams each season.
In addition to formal competitions, we host several social golf events annually, including the popular Mornington Classic, typically held in February or March.
